Celebrating 100 years of flight

On December 17, 2003 to commemorate 100 years of flight, MIT hackers topped MIT's Great Dome with a replica of the Wright brothers' plane that had a wingspan of 45 feet.

Hull and Scituate

The nice thing about living in Boston, is that there are some amazing places to discover on the shore just to the South and North of it. Less than an hours drive south there is Hull, on which we discovered an abandoned army outpost.

Driving a little further south we hit Scituate, another seaside town, where we found the third oldest light house in New England, and the eleventh oldest in the US.
